I'm distracting by the thing behind the subject. It looks almost like she's wearing it as a hat. As well like it doesn't actually belong in the picture. I'm just not sure what it is

At first I thought she's wearing a Sombrero...but then I see it's a public pay binocular. Peaceful thinking. A 6 from me
