My wife and I had driven from Seattle, through Walla Walla, Boise, Salt Lake City, Provo, to Moab, Utah to spend a few days in the parks - Arches, Bryce, Zion. This was near the end of the day on our second day in Arches national Park.

Hello from the critique club

An appealing image that contributes well to the challenge

Thanks to your title we are made to look for ‘Waldo’ or else we probably would have missed him completely and because we find him it gives the whole image a sense of the immense scale of what we are looking at. The inclusion of the figure also makes the image a much more interesting image rather than a landscape alone it comes to life. As a documentary image of the power of nature to weather its surroundings it works well.
