I really enjoy this type of scene and think it is perfect calendar material. The only thing bothering me in this shot is a lack of a focal point to rest on. It should be the boat, but it is too light and small in comparison to anchor itself and almost appears floating from my perspective. Focus is a tad soft and the lighting has a bit of a gray cast on my monitor. |

I like the framing of this photo. It speaks to the possibilities beyond the fence, and no horizon makes it seem as if the rest of the world beyond that fence is made of water. I want to sun to be bright, though. How unfair is that? Sorry. |
