If this isn't a classic calendar shot, then nothing is.

Striking image, the colour of the rock is amazing, as is the colour of the sky. If anything I'd say there is a bit too much sky. Also the foreground is very dark, I realise its in shadow and is suposed to be dark but because its not dark beyond recognition it distracts me from the main subject. Well done though, six from me. |

This is a wonderfully composed shot. Oversaturated on the cliff, and sky is overburned. |

Fantastic color, might benefit from a tighter crop on the bottom, great work. |

I love the colours in this. Just wish that more of the scene was seen. I know that you have focussed on just one part of the scene. But the image cries out for more. That's me wanting to experience what you experienced there. It does look like there's some defects in the processing or the capture. The sky looks like it's got this blotches.
I like it, but just poitning out what I would have liked to see. Well done. |

I'm not sure the title would suit a United States callendar, but the title combined with the depth of field, stark colours and slightly "over-exposed" firey red do make this picture a powerful statement! Besides that, I think the image alone is striking enough for someone's callendar. An easy 7. (I'm a Kwi btw) |
