Great moment of action. I find that the background person and the light on the trees near the top edge pull my eyes irresistibly away from your subject. Perhaps a square crop could eliminate those distractions and make the image stronger.

Looks like maybe you missed focus a bit, because hit skin looks plasticy (I know the water plays into that as well).
