I had seen image from the same environment, not sure you are the same person.

Here are my point of view to your image:

1. Focus
Currently your focus is out. There are few factors affecting your focus shutter speed is not enough or either the model had moved. You need to shoot wide open say F/4 and pump up your ISO if necessary. Aim at the eyes when you shoot (IMO - in my own opinion)

2. Composition
Do watch out for the background. Avoid overlapping. Right now your model has overlapped with the guy behind. Tried moving to the left.

I feel, in this instance, Point 1 (focus) is crucial, at least to get the viewer attention.
