 Just cropped, brightened and bordered. It's a lamp through the bottom of a glass. I had played with this idea months ago for the frame challenge but didn't use it. Wouldn't have cropped it this way then, though. Glad for the push to retake it.

gold bar? 500 what? are the #'s pressed in or sticking out of the object? Why are they mirrored? So many questions to vey anser in this shot. I like the colors. I even line the shodws with the exeption of the shadow looking like the reflection of the photographer. I feel that this was not detailed enough shot to allow the viewer to feel and see what it was that drew you to taking this shot. But still above the average in this challenge.

I like the colours and the texture, but the subject, whatever it is, doesnt really hold my interest for very long.

That right there is a damned good photo! Enough texture to be tense, enough lustre to be soothing--oh yeah, and enough orange to be exciting.
