Photo taken inside the Fly Eye Dome in Miami - Architect (and systems theorist, author, designer, and inventor) Richard Buckminster Fuller designed and patented Fly's Eye Dome back in 1965. He envisioned the geodesic dome as a prototype for low-cost portable housing of the future.
