 There was a fire alarm in the downtown and I took the opportunity to take a photo of the gathering of people waiting to see what is happening

An appealing image that meets the challenge well

You've met the challenge brief well Marcel, the crowd of people together with the fire tenders makes for quite a dynamic scene. It tells the story that easily that the people are there as a result of an incident and all in a position of limbo waiting for the 'all clear'. I was fooled by kiwinick into looking for his imaginary person, are perhaps my eye are failing me!
