the eye itself has the illusion of two tone and I at first thought it was amazing. Then the boarder sort of killed it.

Good detail and focus on the details of the iris. Border is a little distracting, though maybe another color would be nice.

I like this one a lot. The composition is a little different than the other eye macro shots. It looks really cool.

I dont really like the border, and the focus seems a bit soft, try applying USM in post processing.

Frame definately doesn´t help, I have never been fond of these kind of frames that go over the image itself. Other than that a good shot.
