has the look of a Renaissance masters painting, perhaps in detail- and of course the sinister motives that go along with such a shot...

Nice shadows. Scene looks almost prehistoric with that slight glow on the trees. Very painterly.

Fantastic scene, but seems like it could have been captured or processed better - maybe deeper light into the woods (longer exposure), brighter faces on some of the animals, etc. Worth a 6, though.

This photo makes me look more because the composition is so much like a Corot painting. It's not a striking image but it's infused with a certain bucolic feel beyond the topic of the challenge. Also grateful for not having been tempted to use filters mimicking painters' technique
