|If any one guesses that this is my self-portrait, I'll be very disappointed in my looks.
And, yeah... it's creepy. I don't do Halloween... or creepy stuff, but the challenge called for it... so I tried to give it.
Hubby won't look at it. Dang it; I need his opinion to see if it's good enough to enter.
I had a fun 2.5 hours of painting and getting up and down, checking the camera (using a wired remote and sitting on a piano stool with a piece of black poster board behind me)... trying to get it good enough at being bad enough and editing.
I'm kinda bummed that it didn't take longer than 2.5 hours for me to paint me, then shoot me, then make me look creepy.
I'd thought it would have taken longer. *sigh*
At least I didn't have to shop for any props... I'm odd enough to have already had the paint, the wig, and the neck thingy (bought the last two at a yard sale many years ago for $2).
If anyone is interested, I have a "straight from the camera" Before and then After image I will show you... just remind me. I always really enjoy seeing other people's before and after shots. Forgive me, the "after" is one edit behind my last edit. Sorry! [The last edit adjusted the bad edit on my neck, darkened some eye black, and sharpened the eyes. You didn't miss much.]
