 A pack of five coyotes were hunting in West Horseshoe Park this morning. They were in the snow and fog, so I didn't get a group photo. But, one yearling was naive enough to pose for me. Canon EOS 5D Mark IV, Canon EF400mm f/4 DO IS II USM, 1/500s@f/4 ISO 400, lens focal length 400mm., 11/05/17 8:08am.

Terrific portrait of this coyote (and not a wolf, I guess). No posing here, just the entirety of her/his being. The steadfast gaze gives no quarter. The focus is perfect. A great image.
