| It's intriguing, but it's not quite making it for me. I guess it says darkness around it -- but there's so much light on the face, it's not really about darkness, imo. But if I ignore that aspect of it, I'm not crazy about the crop. While I light negative space, this is making it feel a little squished on the left hand side. You've centered the person in the frame, but it's not giving much space for her to look and there doesn't seem to be a good reason to give the impression of squished-ness. I love the color and the lighting, though. |
