Video Cloud
i never would have thought
clouds would have platforms
and be boarded like pirate ships
and Tony, the Dockworker who steals
my paper each hot morning, could not
believe it either, in "a million years."
and who would have thought,
as they drank their strong coffee,
out of Ozone depleting cups,
that you could walk in the clouds,
that they were dense as concrete or ship-lap,
or a brother-in-laws wit.
but Tony found out,
as did i and Milo,
in the year 2019,
the great cloud colonization began.
and the biggest exploiters of all,
subjugating and enslaving cirrus and cumulonimbus alike,
would be apple corporation
and their vicious air based subsidiary,
Video Cloud.
Simply uttering the name would
send shock waves of fear into the
stratosphere, and make the Heavens uneasy,
and made every living resident feel like
Chicken Little. "The sky is falling!!!"
But Milo the cat licked himself,
and went about his day, unaware.
