It is fun to try and imitate another image just to see if you can do it as well as the original. It is not always so easy to do. You did well. A fun image. Congrats on the blue!

I saw this idea online a couple of years ago and have wanted to try it. Guess I should have done it earlier. Ha! Yours is wonderful!

Congratulations!!. While the image is excellent, when we think of the topic "fool the viewer", it certainly didnt fool me, as soon as i saw, i know this is a digitally enhanced pic. hence 5 from me.

Fake, because there isn't a nose, which is anatomically questionable.

Clever, well-executed and startling. If this fools anyone I'd like to see the psychological evaluation.

Good golly! I'm hoping that this is Photoshopped and not real. Ha!

I like it all... except where the cigarette meets her mouth. There's an odd line there.

Love the smoke too... except over her palm.

Overall this is very well done in my opinion.
