| If you cropped right in close to the worms (and excluded the bowl altogether) you would probably have an interesting abstract. Unfortunately, DPC voters tend not to like these kind of shots too much!! |

Interesting subject. I would have liked to have seen more context though. Something to connect it to the fishing life? |

| The worms have interesting color and texture. I think it would have vastly improved the photo if they were shot closer, without the bowl and other background elements. |
