| Lacks punch. Better lighting might have helped, that shadow behind her is a bit distracting. Keep trying! |

| The composition and crop is good. The expression makes one wonder what she is thinking but mostly as a distant observer. The image doesnt really engage the viewer and bring them in, not that that is always necessary. I'm not really sure if black and white works here. The tone makes the image feel very cold and impersonal, as if the personality has been stripped away with the color. |
