Image seems a bit noisy and fuzzy. Maybe if you had better lighting, it would be quiet as fuzzy.

Really noisy. There are little bright spots (dead pixels in your camera?) that are very distracting. I'm guessing this is a long exposure? Compositionally, and emotively, I like it - just can't get past the other issues. 5

where do the specks come from?

I'm curious what those dust spots can be. Normally SLR dust spots are black. So what are these? Dead pixels? Unfortunately, it's going to be hard to do well in a non-editing challenge with these. But the photo is nice, albeit a bit grainy and soft.

With all the 'debris' in the picture, it seems more like a scanned image. I guess I'm just not that fond of grain. It's just me.
