i must've missed this durring my voting on the monster of a challenge B&W, and i'm very sorry for that.
i was going throungh my monthly random user picking hoping to find some really nice shot and i came up with this 1 it went stright to my favs.
the great part of this shot is the lighting in combo. with the grain it takes me back to the beloved film days when 1 would pick some illford 400asa off the shelf and go looking for subjects that were inhanced by grain(or a grainy affect).
a touch of film never hurts and this is an marvilous example.
sorry i missed it in the very argous task of voting on b&w and sorry i was not able to get it higher than 170.:(

I like your choice of perspectve, and the lighting is excellent. I chose a similar subject for this challenge, but I think you have the better execution. Nice work! |
