Picture caption goes ove my head...sorry. They all look like items that provide various freedoms...is it the point, to pick out which item provides us with the most freedom? Or is it a message that these items take away from some form of freedoms?

Looking at title... looking at photo... looking at challenge...
...I give up. :-(

Where is the spoon of solitude?
I don't get it.

digitized, busy, and a reddish purple cast. Nice pergo though.

That's a nice floor, though to be honest I don't really get what you are trying to accomplish with this picture. At this point it pretty much just looks like every portable electronic device in your house strewn across your floor....

Just on the off chance that there is some enlightened social commentary behind this Im giving you a 5.

looks a little out of focus, very busy with so many items, and I don't see it's relation to the challenge.

Huh? I don't get it.

not sure what this says about authority

I like the way the floor stretches away from the viewer, but the stuff on it just seems too busy. There's no main focal point and doesn't seem to be much thought behind the composition.

Nice idea, being ruled by your posessions.

Authority?
11/24/2004 02:30:33 AM
I don't see how this fits the challenge.
11/24/2004 01:23:18 AM
sorry, but this comes across as a snapshot of a bunch of stuff in the floor. not quite sure how this relates to authority.

I like the idea, because gadgets can rule your life. The title and the airplane don't work for me. I really think the artist was on to something with the gadget idea. There are some great shape motif possibilities in this image. Creative, but undefined and to frenetic for me to grasp a focal point.
