Taken at Bouble Bayou Park South of Anahuac Texas. The shrimp boat was sunk and decaying yet the once proud outriggers stood tall. Taken on a tripod inbetween rain showers.

Black on Grey, lots of grey. I see mchanics of some kind, but not technology per se. The subject is overcome by the negative space, but not so overcome as to be overwhelmed and dwarfed by it which would be a statement. Instead, it seems to have just less than 50% of the space in the frame and becomes a cacophany of lines against a grey palate. Your focus is very good and the attempt to use thirds for composistion is a good effort that fails only due to the subject matter not having enough solid matter to overtake the power of the grey sky.

All kinds of lines but the contrast of the photo just makes it look dreary
