Really nice image, but doesn't fit my idea of low tech. It may be old, but barbed wire is still in use everywhere. Still, I can't give it a really low score. ;-)

your composition sadly takes away the competative advantage you had with this great pic. i would suggest you take the pic again, if you can, and compose the barb on , for example, the lower left corner. play with the positioning... i' sure you will see the difference. other than that, a wonderful pic

the wire itself is interesting but the blown out sky above is distracting

Nice! Great idea and nice shot. Strange how the backgrounds so crooked when the post isn't, but the blur makes this irrelavant as it can hardly be seen. Well done!

I like the exposure and colors - but I think the post and wire is a bit too centered horizontally - I think having more of the landscape on the right would add a lot of interest.

hmmm, probably a less centered composition and a duotone would have made this more interesting, but thats just my taste :)
