 I went on record when commenting on Don's (posthumous) recent image, "Blindfolded," that I prefer interesting sidelong images of dogs to "here's my dog" images. So what do I go and do.....?

not sure what a 'here's my dog' images look like .. but if this is one .. i'm rather liking it . . :)

Beautiful pup and photograph. I̢۪ve known some dogs to very bothered by accoutrements, but she doesn̢۪t seem to mind at all ... maybe she knows what will happen if she doesn̢۪t cooperate!

ooh, a Blue! I never liked them until we were looking at Collies and whilst we went with a Sable I began liking the Blue much more :) Isn't it strange, without seeing this my image today is of Skye, our Rough Collie.

Mochi looks cool in the raincoat :)

I've seen plenty of coats on dogs but I don't believe I've seen a raincoat. It's a great idea. Does she have a set of wellingtons?
Mochi is a gorgeous dog. I'm glad to make her acquaintance. My dog-starved hand can almost feel her furry head, so give her a pat from me.

Our Sheltie was named Bonnie and I remember the day when the little kids next door came to the door and asked if she could come out to play :)

Yes, a sheltie. Mochi, 4 and a half, sweet as can be, but barky and easily activated.
Yes, it was raining today and we're just about to take a walk. That raincoat saves so much time in drying and grooming.

ha! what a fine Sheltie (is it?) - hard to tell from the perspective what the actual size is, so I suppose this could be an Australian Shepherd instead. Sweet-looking dog, in any case!
