I thought it was a seal from the thumb. Not the kind in the ocean. The wax-sealing kind. Now that it's not, I see a little jewel, like a snow globe, or a Fabergé egg. It makes a square frame obligatory, as in a presentation case or box. Thank you. |

Nice find. Sometimes the most ordinary things (I probably should say most taken for granted things) provide surprisingly good material for our art. |

Like this a lot. I've been wandering my neighborhood and little town looking down - great finds underfoot that lend themselves well to a square crop :) |
