I like this one a lot. It's beautifully framed by the tree canopy and the shade and I find that almost essential here - so much is going on yet it's just a moment in time. I don't understand why, but the "framing" simplifies and emphasizes all the elements of the scene at one and the same time. I also enjoy the fact that people and animals are all either in the shade or headed for it - must be hot there. |

unpretentiously timeless. you have given us a whole moment. I hesitate to interrupt that moment by mentioning the iconic elements, and that almost effortless framing. I like this very much. |

Ah, the (in)famous tuc tuc :) Little known fact, I got married in Beruwala but sadly my memories of visiting Sri Lanka lasted longer than my marriage.
Your conversion to B&W images always impresses me, almost as much as their content.
