Because of the image's modesty - and that's in no way a disparagement - the mirrored effect kind of sneaks up on one, eliciting a slow smile and deeper examination. What emerges is a ritualistic feel based around the mask-like potted plant. I like the forthright integrity. |

Looking at the thumb I saw a Red Indian Headdress, now it looks like a macabre engineered multi legged giant insect! |

Ah, just read the description. I LOVE looking for faces in this kind of creation - you can almost always find them in the middle. We had a challenge like this once - it was very interesting. Here, in the leaves themselves, I see a dancing Native American in full headdress. And in the grass below, a Texas longhorn??!! |
