Hmm, looks fishy. Kind of a blanched watercolor x-ray or afterimage of a seafood dinner. But where's that little fish on the lower right headed? All speculation aside, it's a fascinating style applied to an unlikely, in my opinion, subject. I like it very much for its quirky subject and delicate watercolor appearance. Opens up new worlds. |

Art is everywhere! I'm enjoying your comments, reading what people see and feel. It's really open-ended, unique to everybody, and that's why it's so attractive. For instance, I see the pattern of rib cages... but on a second look I see something else. Terrific abstract! |

Am guessing there is a 'before shot' as well? My first thought was fish or even steak but could be persuaaded it was a bird. |

I'm with 2mccs - a turkey. I didn't do one this year but should have done . . . the drumsticks were a disaster. |

From the Island of Dr. Moreaux, it's part moose, part aardvark, part lobster. Awesome find! |

This is exactly how Victor Hugo started his exquisite drawings.
Splendid |

Truly lovely abstract with enough detail to know it is a dead animal, presumably a turkey but one never knows for sure. If it were mine I would print it large and hang it on my wall. |

Very cool stains. From the thumb I thought that there was a head involved. |
