 I forgot to plan a shoot for this. And, since we lost our dog a little over a year ago, I didn't have a last minute model. However, my daughter and her photogenic dog, Riley, visited over Thanksgiving weekend, and I checked my phone and found this. I was loading up the car early Monday morning to take Riley and Olivia back to her apartment in the city. It's a bit grainy and the highlights are blown out, but he looked so cute watching me from the door.

five years .. fortunately grief fades .. and gets replaced by more happy memories .

anyway .. yes .. Riley is very cute .. and smart .. looks too cold for those little paws in the snow . :)
