 December Beach Break

First part of a story. I don't quite know what the story was but there was one.
See a tiny figure, reclining on the rocks (top right 3rd)? She lay there quite still for some time. Those cliffs and rocks are dangerous - there are plenty of signs posted warning us. I worried that she might have fallen or something. My husband said he saw her move. All I saw was a fluttering skirt.... see next picture.
