 Get off your rear end and take pictures.

My persimmon tree in the side yard. Usually the persimmons are over and done with around Thanksgiving (end of November), but this year a lot of them are still on the tree -- hard as rocks. These are the kind that you can't eat until they are completely soft so I'm waiting...

I thought first that it was a strawberry. I've never seen a red persimmon.
