 Wow! Was this a challenge. So much more difficult than it looks. Experimenting with mixtures of solutions and colors between the dropper and the base. Experimenting with lighting, shutter speeds, DOF and post processing. The information on the internet is helpful but its a whole other ball game when you try to do it yourself. This wasn't the sharpest water drop image I got but I really liked the way the colors blended in with the drop. I can't even take a guess at how many shots I took!! I do have to say though that it was addicting. What a mess in my basement.

Great job! I know how difficult shots like this are so well done!i love the mixture of colours - very creative!

its like a miniature hot springs bubbling up .. except the colours are all wrong .. lol ..
its a wonderful result and you are obviously a quick learner too .. its an excellent impactful image .. :)
