I like the framing, but wish the focus was a bit sharper - with that lens, if you are shooting handheld, your shutter speed should be at least the same as the lens mm - 1/100s or faster. Boost ISO, or add more light to get closer to that speed, with a macro lens where you might not want to widen your aperture further. My apologies if you know all this already - I don't know your relative skill level. |

I've never seen one quite like this! Really pretty. I'd suggest with the 100mm that you use shutter speeds greater than 100 if you can, unless you use a tripod. I find it very hard to get clear images from this lens unless I do that. It's quite particular for me! |
