 I made this loaf in my bread maker and I absolutely love it. It is the closest thing I have made to the bread I love to buy in Ireland.

Simple ingredients:

400g Wholemeal Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
1 tsp Salt
320ml Butter Milk
2 medium Eggs
Handful of Walnuts and Pecans
2 tablespoons of Maple Syrup

This photo was taken on my phone.

I am not sure about the front right edge of the chopping board but too late to do anything about it.

Another fine looking loaf of bread. The butter knife, with butter colored handle, is a nice touch. Including the walnuts and pecans makes this a recipe image.

i hesistated to click on this as i am already a tad peckish .. !! ..
but thought i'd risk it ..
epic fail .. now i'm STARVING .. this looks soooo delicious ..
all the food that i would like to walk into the kitchen right now and eat ..
its a great shot .. and you have made bread and butter .. and nuts .. look extremely appetizing ..

Ah, you're missing a brave glass of red wine. But no, for the sake of this image, the wine will be too staged.
I'd love a bit more of dark background to this beautiful and delicious still life.
