What fun I had doing this... after I found something of Mr Gorey's to copy. I took a photo of a rock. And then one of my dog draped over the back of the sofa.
Fun fact: I'm actually better than this at calligraphy, but I was trying to make it look like his handwriting, not mine.
Another Fun Fact: Mr Gorey had a Pen Pal for whom he decorated the envelopes of his letters with drawings around the address. They are interesting; you should Google for them.
Strange idea of his... making an alphabet book for children featuring the ways people died...
But, ok. Whatever floats your boat. :D
He was extremely talented, but a bit odd, I think. (aren't we all?)
