"Authority"? Bit of a stretch. Also suffers from overexposure in places.

Nice environmental portrait. As is getting very common, a somewhat tenuous connection to the topic. I think ashallower depth-of-field, blurring out the busy background just a bit, would highlight the women more.

i do not know the foley's, so there is no way for me to question their authority. unfortunately, your image does not convey authority to me. it comes across more as a snapshot that is a little over-exposed.

I really like so much about this image that I wish that your subjects weren't so dead center. Nice images behind your subjects on the left of the frame. The right side doesn't work as well for me. The older woman's expression is priceless. I think I would have moved them back and had them surrounded by their wares.
