Love this. Did you fashion the wire elements yourself..? |

This is pretty damn perfect to me. I love it! All the elements have been blended to perfection making a wonderful surreal piece of art. Really well done and congrats on the ribbon. |

I had no idea you managed to create your image that fast! That is something I am incapable of, especially with such wonderful result. Congrats on the well deserved ribbon :) |

many many congratulations Janine ..
this is absolutely wonderful .. I don't understand the poetry reference .. but would like to know .. as this is 'full' just the way it is .. with an added element I may just get blown away .. !! ..
and totally understand the last minute thing .. I try and avoid it in dpc as it usually backfires.. I'm so glad this didn't for you xx |

the wire frames, empty beach, and large human form evoke Dali. Birds made of cage is actually quite a poetic notion. |

oh WOW .. this is BRILLIANT ..
such a statement on how we are so caged in in our own minds ..
loving this so much ..
it would be great if we could open that cage door as easily as we can a bird cage ..
i think the world would be a completely different place .. almost like the end of human suffering .. as its our own minds that create it . |

What a charming entry! I love how you managed to include poetry in surrealism, a very good combination. The result is serene, and very enjoyable, a winner in my book! |
