 It's not much fun getting a flat tyre in a quiet suburban street after dark. There was no way I was going to stop at the side of the road and phone for help so I slowly drove to the nearest petrol station, doing further damage to the tyre. At the petrol station the attendant was happy to change it for me.

That's not the end of the story though. When he removed the tyre the car fell off the jack, breaking it. So next day I had to get a new tyre and I still have to replace the jack. And when the tyre shop wanted to move the car to fit the new tyre, it wouldn't start. The battery was flat!

Another mediocre score.

It may not have helped, but I wish I'd thought to get a shot before the tyre was removed from the car. I think that might have made people cringe a bit more.
