COMPOSITION
You have chosen a very interesting combination of subjects here. The horizontal bottle makes the scene very stable, while the clown adds some "motion" for the eye to follow by being vertical. The clown is straight, but the bottle is not. Maybe if it were tilted to be obviously off the horizontal it would be more effective.

TECHNIQUE
The reds and yellows are very complementary here, and "tie" the picture together, so to speak, because "dead soldiers" and clowns normally don't go together (as far as I know, anyway). The focus is a bit off. I think a tripod would have helped that tremendously. If you were using a tripod, perhaps get a remote control OR see if the camera has a timer. That way, you can eliminate all camera shake. The depth of field (or lack thereof) works well here, but it may have been a neat effect if the clown was very sharp, and the bottle was just slightly blurred.

OVERALL EFFECT
Very interesting. It really makes the viewer take a second look. I think the focus issue hurt you, as far as your score was concerned, but overall, a nice picture. Good luck in future challenges.

Great idea here! Two things I'd like to mention though. The bottle is fully in focus but the clown just a tad out, I would have set the aperture at a higher number. The lighting or the flash is glaring a little too much on the clown's leg, shoulder and face. However the composition is excellent. Good crop.

The clown is a bit out of focus and the lighting looks too harsh (especially the reflection in his head). Other than that it's a good shot - nice composition. I don't quite get why the bottle and clown are in the one shot (perhaps I shoud recognise the title).

I really like the humor of this shot but I think it would have been a stronger shot had you used either a smaller aperture or focused on the clown. The clown appears to be somewhat out of focus. Two thumbs up dude! :-)

the focus looks like it should be on the guy not the bottle.

The clown is not focused very well, is that the dead soldiers fault?
