The cat of mine despises all contact with people unless she wants it. I have a funy feeling I am really going to end up paying for it!

Images this small are generally ignored in competition. I suggest you try to take advantage of the size alloted to you to give your image a chance to sing.

Larger photo would have improved this one! Background not busy per se, but a distraction to me nonetheless.

Ha! Yep...looks like something's gonna pay...

Generally speaking, a photograph of a pet needs to be taken extremely well to succeed here. In this case, the background is distracting and makes this feel more like a snapshot than a carefully-composed competition entry. I also don't see any connection to the challenge in this photograph, except for the title. You would also benefit from using more of the available 640 pixels in size. I'm not saying this is a bad photograph, but in my opinion, not at a competitive level, and doesn't meet this challenge... sorry.

A cat being a cat. Image too small and not inherently funny.

Looks like she's giving you the 'evil eye' .....nice colours on the cat! Would love to have seen more details in a bigger image

This just confirms my feelings about cats. I get the feeling that they are always plotting to take over the world. A larger image would help. I got great advice on my last submission. Start out with at least one side of your image being 640 pixels and then work down from there until you get your image under 150. And, beware the feline.

I think this is a very expressive cat, and looks angry. You probably will be told that this image is too small for a submission. Could have been more impressive if it was larger.
