 This is a composite of 25 separate images. I went out early Sunday to the reservoir. They close down the road passing through on the weekends so walkers and bikers can use it unimpeded. I rode my bike hoping to find some other bikers but there were none. Too cold I guess. I took a few pictures of the reservoir and headed out to the countryside hoping to find some street bikers. None to be found. It was later in the morning and it began to warm up . On the way home I passed the NCR trail, parked the car and hiked up the trail. Luckily the bikers appeared. I positioned myself and was able to capture several shots of them coming and going. Enough to use in my composition. I went home and took several pictures of myself on my bike as well, changing clothes and helmets so I wouldn't look like the same biker. Quite an adventurous day! I had taken a picture of the full moon the night before. Then began the hard part of composing the picture. It turned out to be much more complicated and time consuming than I had imagined. The outcome was not nearly as good as I had hoped or imagined, but after all the invested time and energy I decided to enter it anyway for the learning experience. I hope the comments are understandably sympathetic and helpful!

so incredibly cool .. this is FANTASTIC .. !! ..
i've only seen a couple in the challenge .. but if this doesnt ribbon i'll eat my helmet .. !! ..
