The low angle of the sun really helps bring out the shape of the buildings. You might try a tiny bit more USM, as long as you can avoid any haloing effect, to help counter the softness which is probably partly due to that pesky window.
I try to take the sightlines of the expected flight path into account when I pick a seat -- you picked a good one here! |

This has the same look, tone & feel as what I would expect to find on a Post Card.
For better results shooting from a plane, open the window and use a polarizer- LOL
