To be honest, I look at this image and think "so what, it's an opener". I don't mean to be negative. I think for an object such as this to work, you will have to come up with some creative way of presenting it.

Not as long as I have these! [pulls out a hammer and a screwdriver] ;-)
Should've used different lighting to get rid of harsh shadows. Decent entry though. |

| yes, this is a good example of low tech, but i think this photo would look much better if you shot it at a more interesting angle (i.e. not straight on). or maybe you could have cropped out the handles, and just shown the mechanism portion. it's just not very interesting to me as it is shown here. just my opinion. please, keep trying! |

| The shot is a little basic, and to be honest I wouldnt really call it low tech. I mean the only thing that's replaced it is it's electric version, but 90% of homes still use them. |
