Taken from a low position up a steep driveway -- the sign is actually across three lanes of traffic in the middle at the cross street at the top of the hill. Background is the wall of the building across the street distorted with the Wave filter and tinted with a curves adjustment.

Obtained the official street-sign font (Highway-Gothic) and reset it to match original for size and spacing.

Separate Curves adjustments to sign, street and background; roadway flipped horizontally to make the line go the other way.
