 In these very difficult times, I find myself searching for things that provide calm and comfort. There is nothing like a cup of hot chocolate and an plate of cookies to provide that comfort

In certain types of food photography, it is meant to look more realistic. It was intentional. Glad you liked the photo minus the spillage! Thanks appreciate your comments.

The spliiage was intentional. In some Types of food photography we try and make it realistic. In this case I though the spillage added to the photo. Glad you liked it though. Thanks!

Yes the spillage makes it more realistic and appealing IMHO. I used to do a lot of food photography and in many instances the messier the more realistic. Thanks for your comment

This looks so delicious, Susan. The only thing that would worry me would be the 15 Million calories that goes along with it ;-)

its so funny .. and interesting .. that some of the things that i really liked in this photo were not the things other ppl liked .. i particularly loved the spillage .. i could just see myself licking the side of the cup to get the most chocolate .. that could have been the yummiest bit to me .. dont let anything go to waste i reckon ... and you turned out to be a temptress ... !!
