The curves presented here in contrast to the hard lines of the building make for a nice composition. I also like the crop at the top and bottom, it is a very pleasing symetery. Your decision to desaturate was also good, it makes the steel of the stairs seem that much cooler. Great shot, in my top 10 this week! |

Nice scene, a human figure on these stairs would have transformed this good shot into a great one. 8 |

This is very nice. I really like this shot. Very rhythmic. Very interesting too. I like the contrast in this show and the crop that was chosen. |

Very nice, I like the choice of using sepia here, it looks great. Nice rhythm in the photo too, with the staircase. |

would love to see a person on the third landing, or something to break up the pattern and reward my eye for 'climbing' all those stairs |

Excellent shot... I love architectural designs like this one, and I think you got the rhythm idea down nicely here :) - setzler |

Good shot, it seems to be leaning to the right a bit though. |

Nice choice of subject for this challenge. I like cropping at the top which helps the viewer imply that this goes on forever. The B/W effect probably strengthens this. The only thing I can see that might help is to keep the vertical lines straight up and down. |

Great symetry shot. Wonderful image and truly captures the spirit of the topic. Was this shot wide angle? I am seeing some weird perspective lines. That is my only critique on this image left side is straight, right side is crooked. Still a wonderful rhythm shot... Dave |

Neat. I like the tone of this photo. The landings and stairs are a bit like musical notes on a score. It's too bad that the angle didn't allow you to make the horizontals horizontal and the bottoms of the landings even sizes. |

Nice tone, and there is a good sense of movement present, but I think it may make a stronger image without the front portion of wall on the left. Still, I can see where not cropping it out helps with the perspective control. Great shot. |
