 I was struggling to create some reflections photos this week. I really wanted to be out during the "blue" hour and capture something with the wetlands here. The original of this photo looked OK, but there were plenty of elements that distracted from the photo. After watching a couple of tutorials on KelbyOne for B/W conversion I decided I would give it a go on this image. I really like the way it turned out. It is much more dramatic than how it looked in color and I was able to burn in the edges where the distractions were.

I stuck to Lightroom only on this photo for simplicity, using all of the brush tools it has to help add drama and emotion to the B/W conversion. I'm hoping it comes out all right with the voting.
