Too jagged, but color gamma is eye-catching. Good job!

Wait til he finds out you're the one who took 'em!! ;-)
I like this alot! ALmost was gonna say it's too dark, but then - nope. I think this will place in the top 10. One of my top picks.

Another old tool shot. The elements are here, wood handles, age marks, simple hand mechanics and the wooden toolbox adds something to the whole, but the framing of the whole seriously detracts from the elements. The box itself overwhelms the pieces and takes attention away from them rather than enhancing the feeling of age. Perhaps taking all of the tools, rearranging them in only the top cubbies and closing in on the whole would have a better impact on the presentation of an otherwise good challenge interpretation.

Great subject matter choice, and very nice shot. One idea for possible improvement would be to not crop so tight at the top, and to make the drill more visible. But very nice overall.

I like the feel of this. The colors speak volumes. Dark background is effective. It looks like there are some jpg artifacts that distract a bit.

A bit dark for my taste - better lighting would help alot in that. The crop..the top of the toolbox is not showing, but the latch is there and wanting my eye - could be better.
I see lots of jaggies - not sure if it is ajpg issue, a lighting on the wood grain issue or imporper sharpening.

An emotional scene the warmth of the wood and lighting makes the contents look like they are lovingly kept (8)
