Ironically, the pylon in the village carries power from South Africa to the Katse Dam https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Katse_Damin Lesotho and villagers do not have access to the electricity. Some of them use solar panels but mostly they use wood fires to cook and keep warm and candles for light.
