 Fresh sports
Sports, outdoor life, drug freedom, culture and community are important in healthy sports. There are fitness clubs in many places in Sweden and even though the activities differ in the clubs, they all have in common that the activities are free from tobacco, alcohol and other drugs. For some members, healthy sports means adventures with mountain hiking, rafting and climbing, while for others it is cultural excursions, volleyball training or sauna baths with friends.

Taking care of oneself, each other and our world is fundamental in healthy sports. We believe that the body feels better without drugs and feels good from being built up with the help of exercise and a good diet.

Generations in community is a concept in healthy sports - we believe that people of all ages can learn something from each other and when we organize camps there are activities for all ages.

Here you will find the fitness club closest to you. Welcome to our healthy sports community!

The Frisksport movement consists of the Swedish Frisksport Association and the Frisksportens Ungdomsförbund.
